On Tuesday, September 25th, Colby Aaron Lucas was senselessly murdered in South Durham while getting gas on his way home from work. 

Shy of this 30th birthday, Colby was a man with a gentle heart, a biting wit, and a bright future ahead of him. Colby was a family man who worked incredibly hard to take care of his three beautiful boys: Jayden (11), Noel (7), and Caleb (2.5). Colby's fiance, Vanessa, mother, Rose, and sisters, Teresa & Jocelyn, are in the process of mourning their devastating loss while trying to assist police in finding the person responsible for this heinous crime.
