Cohen is our grandson, & he is an amazing 8 year old! He is sweet and funny, he loves baseball, being a rowdy boy with his great group of friends, writing stories on his manual typewriter,  playing games on his play station...and his dog Finny. He was diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia (Bone Marrow Failure) at the age of 5. After 18 months of chemo, meds, hospital stays, blood and platelet transfusions, and many other procedures and treatments, he went into remission in the Summer of 2014.

Sadly, our sweet boy Cohen, has recently relapsed.

His only option now is a Bone Marrow Transplant.

Although he does have medical insurance, it is not enough to  cover many costs of this lengthy & very expensive process.

At the very least our daughter will need to be away from work for three months, to care for him during the procedure and follow up care. If you are able, please help by supporting Cohen's Medical Fund, during this very difficult time.
