Coffee machine fund for Project Wingman lounges

Project Wingman is a charity that was set up by grounded airline staff in the UK to support front-line NHS staff during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. 

Since the outbreak began, over 3,000 volunteers have come together and created 'first class lounges' in 42 hospitals up and down the UK where NHS staff battling COVID-19 can come before, after and during their shifts.

The initiative has been a lifeline for exhausted and emotionally overwhelmed staff. The lounges are a place where staff members can grab some food and drink, and more importantly, have a chat with the grounded airline crew member who are on duty to help them offload, unwind and destress. 

So far, food and drink donations have been flowing but there's one vital piece of kit missing -- coffee machines! 

That's where TPG UK and YOU can make a difference. We're hoping to raise a total of £7,500 to provide an easy to use, hospital regulated coffee machine in each of the Project Wingman Lounges. 

To help us reach our target, all you need to do is upload a photo of yourself holding your favourite coffee mug to your Instagram feed or story and donate the cost of your morning coffee (or however much you feel you can spare). Make sure to use the hashtag #CoffeeForTheNHS and tag @ProjectWingman and @ThePointsGuyUK so we can share and thank you for your help!
