Coffee Education in Cyprus

Hello everyone! I have been given an incredible opportunity to study specialty coffee and the industry at large in Nicosia, Cyprus, with long-time partners of NCC, Tony and Jamie Sebastian, at IHeartCafe. This trip has come together kind of quickly, and I am hoping to raise funds for SCA course fees, living expenses for two months, and a trip to Athens for the World of Coffee Conference. This would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, allowing me to partner with what Tony and Jamie are doing in Cyprus and, at the same time, advance my training and knowledge in coffee.
