Cody's Beat Cancer Campaign!!!!

Cody Brooks is one of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. At 24 years old, he is wise beyond his years and someone that taught me so much about life, compassion, and accountability. We worked together the entire time I was at Publix Pharmacy. He is one of the best pharmacy technicians I have ever known. He has a heart of gold and loves his family and his girlfriend Darien beyond words. Cody genuinely wants to make this world a better place and hopes to become a pharmacist himself one day in the near future.
On December 29th, Cody had a biopsy taken because he had a mass in his neck. It came back as Hodgkins lymphoma. Hodgkin lymphoma (also known as Hodgkin's disease) is cancer that develops from cells in the lymphatic system (part of the body's immune system) called lymphocytes. Lymphocytes are a type of white blood cell that helps the body fight infections.
The results also came back as stage 4. Cody is a fighter and this will be a hurdle for him to overcome but he can do it!!!!
Right now in addition to asking for love, prayers, and support it would be nice if we could help him raise some money. His father Keith told me that he really wants some fishing magazines and organic soup but I think we can do a little better than that! ;) Cody will be undergoing chemotherapy for awhile and has no source of income (he has taken a leave of absence from Publix) His amazing girlfriend isn't working currently so that she can be his rock and take him to and from his treatments and to take care of him. His truck also decided to break down right before he was diagnosed and I do not want him to be stressed out about anything other than FIGHTING this disease right now.
