Dear Family and Friends,

I am writing today to let you know about the loss of my brother in-law Cody Tolentino at around 1am on Sept 23, 2021.

For those of you that knew Cody, you knew that he was a fighter. Cody fought to the very end. He was rushed to the hospital early this morning and the medical team exhausted their efforts to revive him. He was only 30.

To anyone who was blessed to have crossed paths with Cody, would remember him for being kind and thoughtful, for his sense of humor, and most especially for how much he loved his wife Dominoe and daughter Sonya.

We kindly ask for your prayers and generosity to help his family.
