Support for Cody and Grace

As some of you may know, Cody has been out of work since mid-July due to serious and ongoing medical issues. What was initially expected to be a two-week recovery has turned into a much longer journey after unexpected complications. He has already undergone two surgeries and may require a third in the coming weeks or months.

Cody’s health insurance includes a $6,000 annual out-of-pocket maximum, and he has been on short-term disability since mid-July.

Adding to this challenging time, Cody and his wife, Grace, recently welcomed their beautiful baby girl on September 17th. Grace also experienced some minor complications following the birth, requiring her to take extended leave from work. Both are limited in their daily activities as they focus on recovery and caring for their newborn.

Their families have been doing everything possible to help with household chores, lawn care, groceries, and other needs. However, Cody and Grace have now exhausted all available vacation time and have had to withdraw from their retirement savings to stay afloat.

Our goal is to raise $12,000 to help cover their medical bills to date and prepare for the potential upcoming surgery and ongoing monthly expenses. With your help, we’re hopeful that Cody will make a full recovery and this young family can get back on their feet.
