Clatsop County Local, 25 year father of two, Cody Blocker, was in a critical accident in Mexico on August 23rd, 2022. He sustained major neck and spinal injuries resulting in emergency surgery. We are raising money as a way to support the family through this traumatic time. Hospital bills are adding up quickly and funds to get Cody back to the US safely are needed urgently. Cody, Megan, and their family can use all the support they can get, any donations will be going directly to the family.

If your place of work or someone you know would like to donate cash funds directly to the family, please get ahold of me. While Megan is by Cody’s side & Cody and Megan’s moms are working on communicating with hospitals, air ambulances, insurance, etc all while caring for Lilah and Alder (Cody and Megan’s babies), I have taken up this donation side of things to alleviate some stress. I am happy to give you updates as I get them but I think it is very important to note that money is needed urgently! The standard for health care in Mexico is upfront funds before care begins.
