The Collab Lab provides project practice for early career web developers. Because psychological safety is of top importance to us, we have a Code of Conduct and would like to send 2 of our staff to training on how to serve as points of contact for the CoC.

Training will be provided by Otter Tech, used by PyCascades, among other groups to provide this kind of training.
