Cocoa's Knee Surgery

Cocoa is my 5 and a half year old rottweiler. Cocoa is my whole world, everything I do, I do for her. She is my best friend, my rock, and my baby. Cocoa has tore her ligaments in her left knee and needs surgery. The  medical term is a cranial cruciate rupture, and the recommended surgery is called a TPLO. The cost of the surgery is estimated to be 6000$. I do not have this kind of money, especially since the beginning of Covid my pockets are rather tight. Cocoa's last vet appointment was 1790$ and pretty much cleaned out my bank account. It kills me inside to see my best friend in pain and knowing I don't have the resources to help her. So I am asking for help. Even a 5$ donation would mean to world to me. I am open to any suggestions or advice, we are just taking this day by day.
