Cochlear Implant #2!!!

Hi everyone! I am currently 18 days away from surgery!!! Woohooo!!!!

This is last minute because I was planning on paying the whole thing myself this time around like a normal, functioning adult- but I unfortunately had a few unexpected, last minute bills that I needed to pay (lucky me!). As a result, I am trying to raise as much as I can in the 18 days I have left.

I got my first cochlear implant in August of 2020, and while it improved my life WAYYYYY beyond expected, I am still profoundly deaf in my right ear. Cochlear implants don't give me normal hearing, so only having one has a limit in how well I can function in a hearing world. I am VERY VERY VERY excited about getting the second one and being able to function a tad more normally out there in the wild.
