Hello! My name is Jacob and I am embarking on an adventure across the United States! My mode of transportation is a bicycle, my shelter will be a tent.

I am setting off on this journey alone on April 1st. I have been preparing for this trip for several months and now the time is here for the journey to begin!

I plan on discovering things about both this country and myself. I will then share these experiences on my website(cobramericana.com ) to hopefully inspire people to take adventures in their lives!  

Just to get an idea of my costs, my bicycle and all my gear came to about $2,500. And I plan to spend roughly $2,000 while I'm on the road, including my airfare home at the end of the journey.
