Hi, I am the pet mom of Cobbler. Cobbler is a 15-year-old Shih Tzu with chronic arthritis. He’s a dog I rescued when he was just months old. He also has a skin disorder, and the medication prescribed is very costly. I’m on a very strict budget financially and have just recently found out I’m battling health issues as well.
