Hi everyone,

In June 2026 I have the incredible opportunity to join a Service Project in Romania, a long‑standing school initiative supporting children and young people with additional needs in the village of Cisnădioara, near Sibiu in Romania.

I am fundraising to help cover the £1,200 project cost, and to do this I’ll be taking on a major personal challenge over the Easter break.

‍♀️ My Easter Challenge: Crossing Scotland Coast‑to‑Coast (134 Miles!)

To raise money, I will be completing a 133‑mile journey from Helensburgh to Dunbar,  travelling from one side of Scotland to the other, following the John Muir trail by:

Walking

Running

Cycling

This is a huge challenge for me, and I’ll be doing it alongside my dad (who has “willingly” agreed!), with my mum in the support vehicle.

I would love for friends, family, or anyone local to join us for any part of the journey — whether it's a few miles of walking, cheering from the roadside, or cycling a stretch. Your encouragement would mean so much.

Why Romania?

During the project, I’ll be working with Little John’s House, a charity that provides a permanent home for six residents with complex needs and runs a summer school for local children.

Our team will plan, resource and lead an entire week of the summer school, supporting children with a wide range of needs through activities, structure and care.

It will be challenging but incredibly rewarding.

Fundraising Goal & Giving Back

The total cost of the trip is £1,200, and I’m trying to raise as much of it as I can myself.

Any contribution — no matter the size — will be so gratefully received.

If I raise more than I need, every extra penny will be donated back to school to support other students who might struggle to afford similar opportunities.

I really want this to help more than just me.
