On the 13th July, Tom Luke, Saif Rehman, Oscar Brown, Hussain Bentiba and Liam Dobson will hike 135 km across Hadrian's wall, from Wallsend to Bowness-on-Solway.
We are doing this to raise money for Zoe's Place Baby Hospice - an amazing charity that provides 24 hour respite and palliative care for babies aged 0-5 years with life limiting or life threatening conditions in Teesside. They are a truly fantastic cause that cares for those in our local area that need it the most, and by raising money we hope that together we can make a difference to these children's lives.
This hike is a step outside all of our comfort zones - none of us have attempted an expedition to this scale before, and to push us even further we have planned this completely independently with our own equipment.
As ambitious as this hike is, we felt it was only right to step outside our comfort zones for a cause we feel so passionately about, especially after how tough this past year has been for the world.
We will be documenting our progress as we go right from the first steps to the finish line, and hope that with your help we can smash our donation target.
