LTRC Soccer is sadly saying goodbye to Coach Ross as he is moving back home to Scotland at the end of November. After a dedicated 5 years here in the States serving the youth of our community and faithfully instructing and leading them on how to play the great game of soccer, health, family circumstances and unfortunately visa issues have forced him to make the decision to return home.
Many scores of LTRC families and their sons and daughters have been impacted by Ross and his knowledge and instruction. His dream to be here in the States coaching our youth has come at a great financial sacrifice that has been exasperated by his health issues, especially this past year. Ross will be returning home with no forseeable job and we would like to give him a token of appreciation from our community as a thanks for his service and to help him get settled and hopefully find a job coaching and instructing soccer.
Certainly no obligation, but if you are willing and able to make a contribution, we will present this to Coach Ross next week at our season ending LTRC Soccer Board meeting. Please keep this a secret from him. Any amount is greatly appreciated and all funds raised will go direclty to Coach Ross from gofundme.com after their standard fees.
