Hi everyone, and thank you for visiting my page!

I’m incredibly honored and excited to share that I’ve been selected as a coach for Team USA’s Deaf Olympic Track and Field Team. This November, we’ll travel to Tokyo, Japan to compete in the 2025 Deaflympics — an international competition that brings together Deaf athletes from all over the world.

This opportunity is especially meaningful to me because it combines two of my greatest passions: track and field and the Deaf Community. For the past few years, I’ve been deeply immersed in studying Deaf Education, working alongside Deaf students and learning how to support their growth, language development, and empowerment. To now coach at the Deaflympics — supporting elite Deaf athletes on the world stage — feels like the perfect merging of my athletic background and my commitment to the Deaf Community.

Many people don’t realize that the Deaflympics are officially recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). In fact, they are one of the oldest and most respected multi-sport events in the world. The very first Deaflympic Games took place in 1924, and this year marks the 100th anniversary — a truly historic moment.

However, unlike the Olympics and Paralympics, the Deaflympics receive no government funding. All athletes and staff are responsible for covering their own expenses — including travel, housing, and meals.

My estimated personal costs will be significant, so I’m reaching out to ask for your support.
