You have read my blog, you've seen my annoying posts on Facebook and Instagram, you've worked out with me, or perhaps you have no clue who I am and just liked my fundraising name.
I am Tanya for those who know me via social media. Crossfit has been a part of my life now for two years. It changed me for the better. I started caring about my fitness a lot more and stuck to something for once. I won't give you the whole story. . Just the short version. You don't have all day and I'm sure you have notifications to check and places to be.
I'm starting a GoFundMe because well. .. I figured what the hell. I didn't want to come across tacky or like I'm trying to hustle anyone. If you know me then you know this is my passion. I want to workout and help others workout for the rest of my life. I was even more inclined to coach once I experienced my pregnant Crossfit journey. I know so many women with kids and no time and wishing they could be a better version of themselves health wise.
This is when I figured out. . This is my calling. I wanted to become a coach at some point because eventually I'd like to own a box. Now I'd like to do it a lot sooner because I think I can influence and inspire a lot of ladies especially. My blog has seen to that. I want to be a big part of helping women change their lives and find time for taking care of themselves. Whether this means I do a mommy boot camp or take mommies under my wings in classes designated just for them.
Anyone who has looked at a Level 1 Cert knows it is pricey. So with that I'm asking if anyone believes in me and sees my vision to be more than just a Crossfit coach, I ask that you help me towards my goal. The cert is $1,000 & I'm asking for a bit over to help cover travel costs and the fees deducted by GoFundMe. Most likely I'll attend a course in North Carolina, hopefully within a couple hours of home.
If you know me you also know I HATE asking for help. I am my own responsibility and I have to do things myself. If I follow that mantra no idea when I will get my cert lol. That's a lot of money when you have a new-ish baby and adulting sucks...
Anything you could donate towards this cause would be unexplainably appreciated. I'd be forever grateful. If I can't raise enough, maybe I'll just have enough to finally buy my kitchen aid and I'll bake for all of you who were able to pitch in on my dream.
