In Loving Memory of Winnie Mayele

We are completely heartbroken to share that Winnie, one of our own, has sadly passed away at just 19 years old after a brave fight with cancer.

Winnie wasn’t just a coach to us at PDCoaching, she was part of our family from day 1. From the moment she started coaching with us, she brought warmth, kindness and an infectious smile that lit up every session. She cared deeply about the players she coached and about the people around her, always giving her time, encouragement and love without ever asking for anything in return.

As coaches, we have been lucky enough to work alongside Winnie, teach her, but also learn from her, and watch the incredible impact she had in such a short space of time. She leaves behind a hole that won't ever be filled, but also memories that we will carry with us forever.

We have set this GoFundMe to support Winnie’s family through this unimaginably difficult time. The money raised will help with funeral costs and will allow her family to use the money in whatever way they feel is best to honour Winnie’s memory.
