Coach Tim’s Baby on the Way

Hey F45 Hydrostone Fam,

Our legendary coach, Tim, is about to welcome a brand-new training partner into the world! Baby #1 is on the way and due in July. We couldn’t be happier for Tim and Nancy as they prepare for their biggest challenge yet.

Let’s help them crush that never-ending baby checklist (seriously, it’s longer than a Saturday Hollywood workout!). I think a gift card would be a nice way to show some love and support as they prepare for their new arrival (more to come).
