Coach Sims is Fighting Cancer - He Needs Your Help
Donation protected
Coach Sims needs your help! In May 2020, Coach Sims was diagnosed with Hepatocellular Carcinoma - an aggressive form of liver cancer. The drastic impact of his illness, as well as the various treatments, and numerous hospital stays has wreaked havoc on his body resulting in him no longer being able to coach and teach as he has for over 16 years, and ultimately not being able to provide for his household and give back to the many students he interacts with on a daily basis.
Today, Coach Sims continues fighting for survival while remaining focused on setting a positive and inspiring example for his wife, four children, and many students. Unfortunately, the costs of healthcare, travel, and the loss of his full income has resulted in a severe financial strain on him and his family of six.
As you continue reading this, friends, family, and members of the community are coming together in hopes of raising funds to offset monthly bills, medical costs, and immediate family needs for him and his precious family. If you can help, please do so! If you can't contribute financially, please pray with us and share this with others so that they might be able to contribute to this family during their time of need.
