Coach Perry Life Altering Accident

Gerald D. Perry (Coach Perry), is a devoted husband, father, son, brother, coach, mentor, and well known in the community.  He has committed himself to teaching and training kids, athletes, and others for many years.

Gerald Perry, also a hard-working entrepreneur has had a near death motorcycle accident, which has caused him to be in a temporary paralyzed state. He is currently unable to use his lower extremities due to the accident.  He was rolled over by a truck that completely crushed his pelvic region, what is known as an “Open Book Pelvic Injury.” These injuries have required him to have metal pins through his hips and pelvic which have rendered him completely immobile. Gerald has a long way to recovery, to be able to walk again and with God’s will, in the foreseeable future.

Unfortunately, Gerald will not be able to take care of his responsibilities and maintain his household for a year or more. So, we are asking for friends, family, and community to help and support him, in any way you can. We are attempting to raise $25,000 to cover expenses for him and his family for the next year.
