Our fearless Coach Jay is taking on his biggest challenge yet — the Spartan Beast World Championships this November in Abu Dhabi!

This will be Jay’s first trip to the Middle East, and he’ll be making the journey solo. But he won’t just be representing himself and our gym family — he’ll be proudly representing the USA on the world stage.

If Jay has ever coached you through a tough workout, inspired you to push past your limits, or simply shown you the power of community, this is a chance to give back.
