Hi everyone,

As many of you know, our coach Fiona is expecting a baby! She spends so much of her time at the gym, supporting us and helping us grow, so we thought it would be lovely to give something back as she begins this exciting new chapter.

We’re putting together a special hamper filled with thoughtful gifts for Fiona and her little one. Depending on how much we raise, some of the items we’d love to include are:

It would mean a lot to present this gift to her before she takes time away from the gym. As part of the Hillingdon BJJ family, this is a small way we can show our love and appreciation for everything she does.
