Coach Doug James (referred to as CJ by players), coached at Rogers HS in Puyallup from 2006-2022 as part of the high school softball program. He also spent time coaching as part of the RHS Football program.

CJ (Doug) loved volunteering his time to serve the youth in his community as a coach and supporting the 'Ramily' by attending their athletic events to watch or serve, theater programs & subbing in the classroom.

He had a zest for LIFE & GOD! He wanted to share that JOY and PASSION through sports. Doug's Family would like to Honor his Memory by creating a Scholarship Fund to be awarded to a Softball Student Athlete at Rogers High School (Puyallup, WA). We would like to extend this scholarship for at least 3 years depending on the amount raised.
