Coach Dan's Lifesaving Heart Treatment

You all know me as Coach Dan, I have been coaching little league football for over 4 years now. I have been blessed to have impacted many young people's lives, and serve as a positive role model for the youth of my community.
What you don't know is that on March 11th, 2018 I had presented to Cape Coral Hospital with new onset chest pain and shortness of breath. The doctors there told me that I had suffered a heart attack, and now have heart failure; where my heart pumps less than half of what a normal person would.
Since then, I have been readmitted to the hospital numerous times due to water on my lungs, trouble breathing, and an inability to eat because of water in my belly.
On November 15th 2018, I was admitted to Tampa General Hospital, under the Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Service, where they have started me on a special intravenous medicine to help my pump; and, have removed over 20 lbs of water from my body.
The Heart Failure Specialist who takes care of me said that I have less than 6 months to live due to the severity of my heart failure. However, at Tampa General Hospital, they have life saving therapies such as heart transplant and left ventricular assist devices (LVAD) that can save my life.
This is where I need your help. I have to raise $12,000 to be able to pay for this life saving therapy.
