We are fundraising for Humberto due to some unforeseen health complications. Humberto, or Coach Bert to most, has spent the last two weeks at the hospital due to a serious infection committing him to the ICU. While recovering from this infection, the medical professionals discovered the urgent need for open-heart surgery.

Coach Bert lives a very active life, spread across the three soccer teams he coaches and his labor-intensive full-time job, so along with these health issues that we are slowly overcoming, some financial hurdles are soon to follow. We are still unsure about how soon he can return to his daily routines, but we hope the goal that we are aiming to reach will assist with his lengthy hospitalization and recovery period.
