Hello, my name is Heather McIntyre and I am a former WSMHA hockey mum. My son played with the 2004 team and was coached by Ange Palermo.

Always with a giant smile on his face Ange mentored our kids on and off the ice. Together with his lovely wife Leeann, Ange brought laughter and fun for both the parents and kids.

Tournaments with games and off-ice activities, New Years Tournaments with Ange’s homemade wine and other fun shenanigans. They both have given a lot of themselves for our Clipper Kids, and now it’s our turn to support them.

Coach Ange has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. Leeanne is taking the time away from work to care for, and to spend time with Ange and their family, making as many memories as possible.

Without income, this is a very difficult time for the Palermo Team. If you could please consider donating to help them, it would be most appreciated.
