Mèdecins Sans Frontieres/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an independent emergency medical aid organisation. Their work is absolutely vital in conflict zones and humanitarian crises worldwide, delivering urgent, life-saving medical care where it’s needed most.

So I’m taking on an ultramarathon — a real physical and mental challenge — to help raise support and awareness for this charity and its vital work.
