In memory of Carol Pickering

Our brave mum was diagnosed with Huntington's Disease in 2012. While suffering with the disease our mum never complained and never gave up! This is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder caused by an inherited defect in a single gene. It has a broad impact on a person's functional abilities and usually results in movement, cognitive and psychiatric disorders. There are no treatments to prevent the physical, mental and behavioural decline associated with the condition. The disease is currently incurable.

Our family are raising money in aid of Huntington's Disease Association and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to our family. Any funds raised will help people affected by HD live a better life.
