Undertaking the Triathlon consisting of 750m swim, 20km bike ride & 5K run organized by Superhero Tri series on 18th August in Windsor  with my team of helpers (Ricky, William, Jonny, Ant & Ryan) http://superheroseries.co.uk/2018-superhero-tri/ To raise funds for a fantastic charities and to keep progress with Kilimanjaro 2019 I am going to complete a daunting task of a triathlon, forcing myself back in the water Uncompleted the rest of the challenge independently with my chin control alone to accomplish a lifestream to help other people with those hopefully please please consider donating :-)
