Cameroon’s First AI Olympiad Dream – Send Our Team to IOAI 2025, Beijing!

(International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence, 2 – 9 August 2025)

Artificial Intelligence is reshaping every industry, yet African voices are still rare at the global cutting-edge. By backing Cameroon’s first-ever delegation to the IOAI, you will

open doors for four brilliant students to compete with – and learn from – the best young minds on Earth;
showcase African talent in the discipline that will define the next century;
inspire thousands of pupils who follow our livestreams, bootcamps and school tours back home.

2 │ Who we are

Olympiad.cm identify and trains high-potential students across Cameroon. Since 2016 with our partners we have:

worked with 5 000+ students,
earned ≈ 200 national awarded and 10 international distinctions,
secured Cameroon’s first appearances at the IMO (Maths) and, this July, at the IPhO (Physics).

The IOAI is our next frontier.

4 secondary-school finalists – now in weekly AI & algorithmic training, final selection in June after their school exams.
2 coaches – a researcher in machine learning and a senior Olympiad mentor.

4 │ Roadmap

14Feb – 14 May: AI-advocacy road-shows in schools (most pupils discover AI for the first time)

15 May – 15 June 2025: national selection tests, visas & passports

15 June – 31 July 2025: intensive bootcamp, mock exams, cultural briefings

2–9 Aug 2025: IOAI, Beijing

Intermediate Milestones

We are fundraising in steps — every euro counts and helps a student get closer to Beijing!

✅ €500 – securing deposit after registration
€3 000 – secure team registration fees (required by June 30)
€3 100 – send 1 student + 1 coach (flight + visa + insurance)
€9 700 – fund the entire team of 4 students + 2 coaches

We can participate even with a partial team. Your donation brings us one step closer to making history!
