Help Our Angel

I am Fundraising for my 16yr old nephew Angel,, His diagnosis is end stage renal disease which he was diagnosed with at the end of June, 2021. He also has autism spectrum disorder. He is on the list for a kidney, will have to travel to the University Health System in San Antonio, TX. Is currently on Dialysis at DaVita Kidney Care - Cielo Vista, three times a week for three hours. He is homebound from school due to tiredness from dialysis and a central venous catheter located high on the right side of his chest. Because he walks slowly and has trouble going down stairs, everyone involved in his care felt it was better to keep him home from school to avoid being pushed or bumped into and to keep him safe from Covid. He is anxious to return to school, because of Covid and his condition, he has yet to have a regular high school day. He's missing his friends and the experiences that come with high school life. Currently a sophomore at Bel Air High School. Requesting funds for transplant trip. We will need assistance for travel, lodging and food. We were told we will have to b in San Antonio approximately a month, maybe longer and will have to make appointments once a month thereafter and so on. We need to b in San Antonio because he will b constantly vigiled to help prevent his body from rejecting the kidney. He will need to b quarantined for at least 6 months after, depending on how his body reacts, he will b on at least 15 different medications and continue on a special diet...update to story he is on his way for a donor kidney, however in today's america Medical Cost and expenses for care, follow up, living, and restrictions will be extremely High, we are seeking any help to assist Angel and the family.
