There was a grand celebration in heaven Sunday evening, as our dear friend Jason Greene was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus.

When Jason went in for a regular doctor’s visit on New Years Eve, none of us were expecting the news he was given.  When his usual blood tests came back indicating early onset adult leukemia, he was sent right away to the ER and admitted to Spectrum shortly after they confirmed the diagnosis. 

It has been a long, hard 2020 already for Jason and Ang and their two excellent kids.  Jason will be in the hospital for 4-6 weeks and off work for 4-6 months as he goes through chemo treatments and recovery.  Ang will also be taking time from work.  They will have a lot of hospital bills, parking, meals out, and all kinds of expenses that will come along this healing journey.

Although this page is to show our support to Chase, Ryleigh, Ang and Jason in a tangible financial way, they covet our prayers and love even more.  Please join us in praying for this wonderful family for peace, strength, and clarity.   We all know that if there is anyone that can kick this to the curb, it is our wonderful friend Jason with the backing of his dear wife, faithful family, loving friends, and everlasting Father.

I cannot express the gratitude my family and I have seen and felt over the last 24 hrs from all of you. As I start down this road to recovery I am beyond overwhelmed at the love and support you have all showed me and my family. As I type this the nurse is hooking up round one of the chemo and the battle begins. I may not respond as quickly as I’d like but know that every thank you or like is a genuine response for your prayers and thoughts and I am reading every note and comment as encouragement! My sister Jennifer Greene Denton my mother Carmen Trevan Greene would be great points of contact for updates. I’m sure at some point a page for updates will be created but it will not be by me. My wife Angie Van Loozenoord Greene and my children are forever grateful for the constant reminders of Gods love and faithfulness through this process. It has truly been remarkable how he has shown himself through the entire process. Although a tough road ahead it will be one I accept and fight every step! I love you all !!!
