Hi my name is Lee and I am raising funds to have my beautiful cat Clyde the surgery he needs to live. Clyde is a special boy not just cause he is beautiful but he is my special needs cat. I have mental health issues and debilitating anxiety. Clyde is my companion and helps to chear me up like no amount of medication can. When Clyde was 5 months he was desexed as I thought that would be good but that has a hidden complication. Clyde now suffers from a spasm in the urethra. The pee dosnt come out and his kidney gets blood in it and he has been hospitalised two times in the past six weeks. He has had a catheda and drip to relieve the problem. The thing is it keeps happening without the surgery it will keep on happening. I am only on disability and I have spent all but $4000.00 already . His surgery is a special type and it's expensive and the only vet that can do this is in Hobart . So I am asking for help. I love my Clyde so much and if it happens again I have no choice but to euthanase him. I pray for your help and please spread this message everywhere . Every little bit will help . As soon as I can get the funds Clyde can have this surgery and be all better. Pet insurance dosnt cover pre existing illness and because I never owned a cat before I didn't think I needed it because he is a ragdoll cross and never goes outside. I was wrong. Please help if you can.The only thing I want for Christmas is for Clyde to live. I don't know how I ever lived without him and I don't know how I would cope with him being gone . Clyde is only just two and has hopefully years to live if he can have this surgery.
