Mansha is a sweet 4-year-old girl from Bangalore,India, who desperately needs treatment for a rare disease called Hyper Insulinisim( HIHA). Hyperinsulinism refers to an above normal level of insulin in the person’s blood. Mansha’s insulin levels are always high and thus cause dangerously low sugars, so she's on medication to keep the insulin on track.But her genetic condition also causes her to have random seizures. Mansha has been suffering since she was 5 months old and was misdiagnosed, causing further complications to her health, which included major developmental delays. At 4 years old, Mansha still doesn’t speak and has issues with motor skills.She needs extensive physical, speech and occupational therapies in addition to other daily care. We are currently in New Jersey for treatment and we need to raise money. We are from India; without insurance and unable to work due to our current legal status as visitors.
