Help the Tweet Family & SGA Cabin & Timber Rebuild After the Clover Fire

Hi, my name is Chandler Lane, and I’m raising funds on behalf of my family and their small business, SGA Cabin & Timber, based in Naples, Idaho.

On Sunday July 13th, a fast-moving wildfire known as the Clover Fire broke out in their small town, burning over 30 acres and causing millions of dollars in damage to three family-run businesses—including my family’s.

My relatives, the Tweet family, live on a hardworking homestead in the mountains of Northern Idaho with their six children. They own and operate SGA Cabin & Timber—a veteran-owned, family-run business that builds handcrafted log cabins and timber products. Their mission goes beyond construction; they aim to glorify God in everything they do, from the quality of their craftsmanship to the way they serve their customers and community.

Tragically, the fire completely destroyed the sawmill they rely on to build cabins, along with their main source of timber. As you can imagine, sawmills are not cheap—and they are absolutely essential to their small business. Without it, they’ve lost the tools they need to continue earning a living and supporting their family.

Their close friends and neighbors, the Sandelin family, also suffered devastating losses. Their logging business, UTR Land Management, lost over 300 truckloads of lumber, a barn, heavy equipment, and several livestock. Elisha Sandelin, who owns Elisha Sandelin Trucking, nearly lost his home in the fire, and multiple families and children had to be evacuated.

Now, both families are faced with the overwhelming task of rebuilding from the ground up.

This fundraiser will help the Tweet family rebuild SGA Cabin & Timber, replace critical equipment, and support their six children and homestead through this incredibly difficult time.
