Close Friend in the Philippines in dire need.

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out on behalf of a close friend of mine who is currently living in the Philippines and facing an incredibly difficult time. Due to serious financial hardships, she is struggling to meet her basic needs, including rent, food, and school expenses. She desperately needs support to continue her education.

She is unable to live with her parents due to personal family circumstance nor does she have the amount necessary to reach either of them if the situation with them was different.

As such, both of her parents are unable to support her at this time, and though I’ve done my best to help, I’m currently unable to provide the assistance she needs on my own. She is an incredibly important person to me, but without immediate help, she may be forced to put her education and future on hold once again.
