Clint Stewart Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Clint Stewart--friend, brother, son, husband, and father--passed away unexpectedly on the morning of September 8, 2022. This memorial fund was created on behalf of Clint's wife (Margie) and their five-year-old daughter (Amaru) to provide emergency financial assistance in the wake of his unexpected passing.
Clint was the sole financial provider for his family. The intention is to ease some of the immediate financial strain on the family so that Margie and Amaru can focus their energies on processing this unimaginable tragedy. All donations will go directly to Margie to use for living expenses and other basic necessities.
“The life of the dead is placed on the memories of the living.” So we want to take this opportunity to share with you a glimpse of who Clint was, and in that way, we keep him with us.
Clint was kind, patient, and generous. He was a dedicated father and husband who worked hard to provide for his family. During his time off work, Clint most enjoyed spending time with his daughter, Amaru, exploring Seattle and playing in the yard. They would visit local community gardens and rescue abandoned toys and teddy bears. Just prior to his passing, Clint had completed his self-guided tour of the entire Washington Park Arboretum and was in search of the perfect, unpopulated beach spot along Lake Washington to take Amaru and Margie.
Clint's absence will always be felt, but as Amaru so beautifully put it, he remains "alive in our hearts.”
