Clint Morton Memorial Plaque- Class of '90
Donation protected

Clint Morton died on March 24, 2021 after a long and valiant fight against cancer. He was a husband to Shana, father to Jase and Trevor, son of Dave and Judy, brother to Jill, and great friend to all he knew. He had a killer sense of humor and was easy with a laugh.
His younger days were marked with athletic accomplishments. He was a gifted athlete and excelled as a sprinter and a running back while at Ferris, playing collegiate football at Montana State. He won the state title in the 300M hurdles in his senior year (and still holds the all-time Ferris HS record) and is 2nd all time in the 100M dash. NONE of this would you ever hear from Clint, though. His biggest gifts were his modesty and his ability to make YOU seem funny with his infectious laugh.
He returned to Spokane (as many of us do), worked in insurance, and spent time supporting his boys in their athletic pursuits. He will be terribly missed by all who loved him.
To honor his memory, we are raising funds from the Ferris Class of 1990, to have a small memorial built in his name to honor his athletic spirit at Ferris. Any remaining funds will be donated to FRIENDS OF FERRIS, specifying the Football, Track or Boys Soccer Programs per his wishes.
