Hi everyone!

We’re a group of eight girls (with more enthusiasm than hiking experience) who’ve decided to take on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon - as butterflies - to raise money for the incredible Butterfly AVM Charity.

A charity close to our hearts, The Butterfly AVM Charity supports people affected by Arteriovenous Malformations (AVMs) – a rare and often life-altering condition. They do amazing work raising awareness, funding research, and helping those living with AVMs to get the support they need.

None of us are what you'd call “experienced hikers”, the closest we’ve come to this is getting up the stairs to Netil 360, so climbing the highest mountain in Wales is a big deal. Throw in some wings and glitter, and it’s going to be quite the sight!

We’re hoping to raise as much as we can to support The Butterfly AVM Charity’s life changing work, and we’d love your help. Every donation, big or small, will give us the motivation to flap our wings all the way to the top.
