We are a Training Company Childcare Team - Diane Feltham, Sarah Healey, Danielle George, Alice Moscardini, Ceris James, Kate James, Simone Forkasiewicz, Emma Stringer, Abbie Hayes, Sean Roberts and Vix Ratcliffe - and we’re coming together to support our wonderful colleague and friend, Tracy.

Tracy has been part of our team for three years and has made such a difference to so many lives, supporting learners to achieve their childcare qualifications with patience, humour, and kindness. She’s not just a fantastic colleague, she’s part of our work family, and we miss her dearly while she’s unwell.

Tracy is currently facing a tough battle with cancer, and as a team we wanted to do something to show our love and support for her and her family. So, we’ve decided to take on a challenge that might just make Tracy laugh - climbing Pen Y Fan!

For those who know us, climbing a mountain might not be our natural talent (we’re much more at home with reviews, learners, and cups of tea!). But every step, every puff, and every “are we nearly there yet?” will be for Tracy.

We want this climb to raise funds to support Tracy and her family, to ease a little of the burden while she focuses on other things. More than that, we want her to know how much she means to us all.
