Climbing Kilimanjaro for Alzheimer's Society!
Hi! I will be embarking upon a bucket list adventure to climb to the peak of the highest mountain in Africa, Kilimanjaro, in the name for Alzheimer's Society this June.
This will not only challenge me physically, it will also test me mentally and emotionally.
The trip is being organized by Evertrek and will be a grueling 8 day trek via the Lemosho route.
We will encounter various terrains and weather conditions, battling against the altitude before standing on the roof of Africa observing the clouds below.
I'm raising money in aid of Alzheimer's Society. Did you know that one in three people born in the UK today will develop dementia in their lifetime.
The Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. They do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.
Together, let's conquer Kilimanjaro and those impacted by Alzehimer's disease, either directly or not. Join me on this incredible expedition and donate today. No amount is too small, and every contribution counts.
I am immensely grateful for your support and for being a part of this life-changing adventure.
Thank you!
100% of the donations raised will go directly to Alzheimer's Society.
