On July 30th, 2021 one of our closest family friends Erin Lynch was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkin Lymphoma at the age of 23. She recieved the diagnosis after noticing a couple lumps in her supra clavicular region. She is the type of person that you hope your children can grow up and emulate. She has just recieved her last treatment and things are trending in a positive direction. She has been unable to work and unable to continue in her schooling to become a Physician Assistant.
I have been doing the Firefighter Stairclimb for almost a decade and this year I have been personally effected with Erin's diagnosis. I want to direct my fund raising away from my normal stairclimb fund raising to this gofundme account in the hope that the money I can raise will directly help Erin. All the money raised with the exception of the race entry fee will be going directly to Erin.
I will be climbing the Columbia Tower in full firefighter gear for Erin. I will be climbing in Seattle on March 13, 2022. My hope is to fund raise for her over the next couple months.
Im asking that you help her with whatever you are able to give and I thank you so much for your support.
Much Love,
Hans Christenson
