Climbing Everest at Oxygen Towers

Tax deductible
On May 16th 2021 the Russell WBHO mental health first-aiders are undertaking the mammoth challenge of climbing the height of Everest for charity! Of course current travel restrictions mean we won't be venturing off to Nepal - instead we'll be bounding up the stairs at Oxygen Towers!

This is all in effort of raising money for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity and we would massively appreciate any contribution that you can make.

Every working day, two construction workers take their own life. Lighthouse helps educate  our industry to recognise the signs and symptoms of our colleagues that are suffering from stress, anxiety or depression and start the conversation to assist in their recovery.

More information can be found here:

We're all very grateful for any donation that you can offer. It's clearly going to a worthy cause.

Wish us luck!
