As most of you are aware my Mum co-founded the Sunshine Foundation over 20 years rescuing young children with special needs from the old orphanages. The project today provides a safe haven for over 20 young people who quite simply would have had no future without the good work of the Foundation. The two properties provide education, family, support and most importantly love for the kids who continue to live and who have come through the project over the last two decades.

This year, as our annual support to he charity, Jude (as the youngest athlete in the field) and I will attempt the infamous 'Alp d'Huez triathlon in the Alps. A 1.4km glacier lake swim, a 30km cycle with 1300m of climbing and a 6.25km run at altitude. All support is greatly appreciated. I will be focused on not having a heart attack.
