The German State Media Authorities (Landesmedienanstalt NRW) have pressured me, Naomi Seibt, to take down some of my most influential YouTube videos on climate change scepticism because they are supposedly threatening the “climate-friendly movement” and, allegedly, special interest funded by an American Think Tank, the Heartland Institute. The truth of the matter is that the HI was never involved in and did not pay me for the creation of those videos. My climate change scepticism stems from research and my contract with the HI did not prescribe video production.
Therefore, instead of letting them silence me, I shall do the opposite and sue the State Media Authorities with the renowned lawfirm of Dr Hans-Georg Maaßen and open up a public debate about freedom of science and speech.
