Please support us in providing shelter, water, and electricity for 12 internal refugees in Nairobi, Kenya, who lost their homes in the floods last year!
We supported them successfully from April 2024 to March 2024 with shelter, food, and health care, and two of the children could go to school. While we have to to phase-out the support, their current situation is terrible: They were locked out of their shelter and are wandering the streets of Nairobi through the rain, even the children without proper clothing. We would like to support them with housing, water and electricity until the end of this year and need to bridge a three-month funding gap we currently have.
We need:
- for the rent 3x 200 EUR
- for electricity and water 3x160 EUR
- hospital costs 9.9. and 10.9. for Michelle (ICU) 294 EUR
- hospital costs 11.9 to 15.9. for Michelle 506 EUR
- Metropolian Hospital 4.10. to 12.10.2025 for Michelle 1040 EUR
In total, we need 2553 EUR.
Please make it possible for this group of mainly women and children to live in dignity while they are trying to find new sources of income!
