A few months ago, our lives changed in an instant when my dad suffered a stroke that later developed into a brain aneurysm. After waiting for the right time for surgery, he underwent a procedure to place a stent, knowing it carried serious risks. Not long after, he experienced another stroke and a possible small seizure. He was airlifted from one hospital to another closer to his surgeon, where he remains in the ICU receiving extensive, around-the-clock care. While we are incredibly grateful he is still with us, he now faces a long and difficult road to recovery, including relearning how to use his left arm. He isn’t out of the woods yet and continues to experience minor complications, but we are holding onto hope and taking things one day at a time. Once discharged, he will likely need to move to a rehabilitation center for continued therapy, which means even more time away from work and added financial stress. We are asking for any support—whether through donations, prayers, or simply sharing this page—to help ease the burden during this incredibly challenging time and allow him to focus fully on healing.
