For 22  years Cliffy has been the one to give. To his family, the citizens of the City of Kent,  his coworkers when they have needed help. Now its time we give back to him .  In addition to the current medical crisis he is in right now,  he has been taking care of his mother with a lot of emotional and financial support.  Below is his medical story.  Lets do what we can to help him get through this and support him and Keriann (his beautiful wife who is taking time off to get him through this)  Thank you everyone for your support!

Jason has Bicuspid Valve Stenosis and needs a new mechanical heart valve. His valves are severely calcified and his aorta is enlarged. He is very sick. We are headed to the hospital tomorrow morning from Sedona for open heart surgery. Check In is at 0900, surgery at 1100. He will be in the hospital no less than a week and recovery is 4 weeks after that before he will begin rehab. We had a scare last week when the surgeon called us in DC and asked us to either come home right away or get a CT angiogram somewhere in DC for what he suspected may have been a tear in his aorta, based on his readings of the ultrasound. We got the scan and came home a day early. Fortunately, the CT showed no tear. I don’t have everybody’s phone numbers to text and I’d like to avoid my cell phone blowing up while we are at the hospital so I will update on Facebook with any news. Because of some amazing girls from school who are helping with the kids at home, I will be able to spend the whole time at the hospital with Jason. ❤️
